At Amigos de Guadalupe, we believe lasting change starts with the people most impacted by injustice. Our Policy & Organizing work centers immigrants, families, and residents of East San José to advance policies that protect dignity, strengthen families, and build community power.
Rooted in lived experience, our team of community members, organizers, and advocates works alongside residents to challenge harmful systems and create meaningful change. Through leadership development and grassroots organizing grounded in care, culture, and resilience, we build shared power and push for justice at the local and state levels.
